Accepting articles for the Journal of International Law

The Institute of International Law of the Faculty of Law of the Iv. Javakhishvili Tbilisi State University announces the call for the articles for the 2024 edition of the bilingual, peer-reviewed, referred "Journal of International Law" (the “Journal”).

 

In case of presentation of an article by a doctoral student, it must be accompanied by a positive conclusion of the scientific supervisor.

 

The article must be devoted to current actual topics of international law and must be written in full compliance with academic writing requirements.

 

An article will be rejected if a substantial part or a full version of it has already been published or is under consideration for publication in another scientific journal.

 

For bibliography and citation, the standards given in Appendix No. 1 are used (separately for the Georgian and English versions).

 

Languages of the article - Georgian and English (presentation of the paper in both languages with high linguistic standards must be provided by the author(s))

 

The length of the article is 5000-7000 words (including the main text and footnotes), main text: Sylfean font, size 12, line spacing - 1; Footnote - Sylfaen – size 10.

 

Annotation (in Georgian and English) is limited to 200 (two hundred) words for each;

 

Keywords (maximum10 (up to ten)) - in Georgian and English languages;

 

The deadline for submitting the article (Georgian and English versions) is July 30, 2024. The Article shall be accompanied by application (see application form - attachment No. 2).
